How long does it usually take to groom a dog?
The duration of grooming varies for each dog, as every animal is unique. On average, the process takes approximately two and a half hours to complete.Do you crate the dogs?
We will place dogs in crates if the owner specifically requests it or if there are safety concerns that necessitate it.How do I schedule an appointment?
Our appointment scheduling is exclusively conducted via calls. Please give us a call to book your grooming session.Is there a no show fee?
Yes, we have a fee policy for missed appointments. If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full grooming fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment incur no fee, while cancellations made outside this window result in a 50% charge.Where are you located?
